No Angel up for Best British Album of 30 Years

We're pleased to report that No Angel is one of 10 albums which have been nominated for the Best British Album of 30 Years at this year's BRIT Awards .
All ten of the albums are previous winners of the Best British Album award at the BRITs - with Dido picking it up for No Angel in 2002 (where she also won Best British Female).
The winner will be decided by an online public vote - we'll let you know the link as soon as it's up!

I have been a music listener for many many years but have been truly moved to post this. The reason is I have heard No Angel for about a thousand times and my conclusion is I have never heard a better album. Dido has a seemingly effortless and beautiful simplicity to her voice that defies belief. It is the complete lack of the modern day preoccupation with vocal gymnastics that attracts me. Please Dido, never sell out and insult your fans by changing your unique and totally beautiful simple style.Simplicity is Beauty. |
